32 states were observed, including the District of Columbia, and 22 of them are failing to protect their kids from lead in the drinking water

this isn’t federally regulated, only 9 states [including D.C] have mandatory water testing laws in any capacity 

and the government obviously isn’t making any real move to jump on cleaning up drinking water for kids.
