I have a headlight out and this cop trailed me for a bit when I was driving home from a friend’s house at 3am and he was running my plate and when he saw that I had a clean record he turned around. He wanted to see if it was worth the trouble to pull me over for a broken headlight if I wasn’t a big fish. Fucking power hungry motherfucker. They have zero concern for your safety or actually upholding the law and just want to exert force over you.
