that is 100% a verified myth and one that falls apart if you even think about it for more then 5 seconds, for one  the only “evidence” was a police tweet, which it was later revealed the information the police tweet was based on was entirely one police officer thinking one of the milkshakes smelled like wet concrete, not you know, any actual solid evidence of concrete, literally one dude thought a milkshake smelled funky

and even looking past the complete lack of evidence it makes no god damn sense, who just has some wet concrete lying around? why would you bother putting it in a milkshake  rather then just chucking a chunk of concrete its not like it would hide the fact it was concrete once people look at the wound or you know, the cup, not to mention mixing it into a milksahke would prevent it from solidifying as sugar fucks up concrete
