He got so strong that he developed his own technique for bicep curling a deadlift bar. Ya’know, the bars that’re meant to hold weight that you use your entire body to lift off the ground? Dude was repping those with one fucking arm. He literally bent the bars to escape that prison ala Split, and I’m genuinely surprised they didn’t bend out of the way out of fucking fear
