When a group of activists blocked the SF pride parade (protesting the corporatization and police presence, among other issues) the SFPD responded by violently arrested multiple people. One trans person was so forcefully arrested as to require hospitalization, which they are now crowdfunding (medical, possibly future legal) expenses for here
