                                                                                                                            Here’s the freshly-released annual report from The International Anti-Fascist Defence Fund.  Highlights: 

-More than $22,000USD donated to 61 anti-fascists in eight countries to help them out of an antifa-related jam of one kind or another. 

-80% of that money went to legal fees, court fines, and prisoner support; 14% covered medical bills & recovery-related expenses; 5% was used for emergency relocations.

-728 anti-fascists living in eighteen different countries are now in charge of running the Defence Fund and making the decisions about how it’s used.  They = the largest international network of anti-fascists in the world!

Obviously, this is something that you should support.  The Defence Fund is completely dependent on donations from anti-fascists, so if you’re opposed to fascism & bigotry, donating to it = one of the best actions you can take.  Also, if you sign up to become a monthly contributor to the Defence Fund this month, you’ll be entered in a draw to win an author-signed copy of either  Mark Bray’s excellent book Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook or Gord Hill’s amazing non-fiction graphic novel The Antifa Comic Book.
