Fox News previously fearmongered about a migrant caravan in an attempt to gain Republican votes ahead of the midterms. Now, the network’s caravan fixation is being used to justify Trump’s border wall obsession.

Fox News devoted over 7 hours of coverage to the caravan, mentioning it every day over a 26 day period in the lead-up to the State of the Union. Not a day went by that Fox News didn’t at least mention the caravan, while other networks largely ignored it.
