Steve King (you know, the openly white nationalist congressman) didn’t understand 1) what notifications were and 2) thought Google made iPhones.

I can’t tell if it’s a him problem or if the average age of Congressional representatives being in the early-60’s just means none of them know how the hell anything past a rotary phone works.
