Tomorrow: We remember Wes Craven, the director best known for his horror films Scream, A Nightmare on Elm Street and their sequels. He died Sunday.
We’ll listen back to an interview Terry Gross recorded with him in 1987, and to one from 1980, recorded after she saw his film The Last House on the Left, which was so disturbing, Terry had to call him and ask why he made it. The answer surprised her.
