Were as Chris Kyle of “American Sniper” needed the most advanced rifles the over-bloated US military budget could afford him to kill 255 Iraqis, including women and children as he proudly boasted, Ms. Pavlichenko used a beat up old SVT-40 with a scope with only 4x magnification to kill 309 Nazi invaders.
