“Virus" was a 1980 Italian Zombie movie directed by Bruno Mattei under the pseudonym Vincent Dawn and an uncredited Claudio Fragasso.

It has had lots of other names including:

“Hell of the Living Dead”

“Night of the Zombies”

“Zombie Inferno”

“Zombie Creeping Flesh”

and

“Zombi 4" but not the "Zombie 4" that was originally titled "After Death”, that’s another film from much later.
