Radio Blue Heart is on the air!
what can i do as a minor to fight back against white supremacy? how do i talk to my friends about it and should i start trying to convince my teachers and principal to allow me to put up posters around the school talking about police brutality and such? (my teachers and such are mostly liberal and very outspoken against conservatives and the right wing)

OMG, there is SO MUCH you can do!  Pretty much everyone involved in the Antifa International collective got started in antifa work when they were in high school!

Let’s start with our list of 30 antifa actions pretty much anyone could take on with the help of a few friends.  All of which are all-ages.

Don’t like any of those 30 ideas?  Take a deep dive into our archive where you’ll find reports on literally thousands of antifa actions over the last five years from all over the world.  Surely a few of those will inspire you to say “hey, we could pull that off right here!”

Assuming you’re in school, one thing you could do that the olds couldn’t is start an antifa student club

Whatever you decide to take on, Anon, let us know how it goes - we live to report back on anti-fascist actions big & small!

Transformers’ lore all came Thanks to marvel

I can’t remember exactly who it was, but the poor guy had DAYS to come up with everything

You’re probably thinking of Simon Furman.

G.I. Joe’s lore was basically the result of Larry Hama retooling a Nick Fury pitch on short notice.

Bob Budiansky was the first Transformers writer, Furman was in the UK and then took over the US comic late in it’s run

how to help a turtle cross a roadway:

“Now let’s talk about safety when it comes to helping a turtle across the road. You always wanna pull your vehicle to a stop, put on your hazard lights, and make sure that there are no cars coming in either direction. Move quickly, pick the turtle up gently, and then move it exactly in the direction it was headed. Even if it’s a water turtle, like a painted turtle, if you see a body of water on the side of the road from where it was coming, don’t place it back in that water. It’s likely a female on her way to lay eggs.”

Not really pet related, but a good piece of information nonetheless!

For snapping turtles, DO NOT pick them up by the tail! You can damage their spines that way. You do want to be careful, because their bite can do damage, but if you carefully pick them up like this random dude you can safely move them to where they need to go.
