Okay so what she says (from what I can figure out, please correct me if I get something wrong) is basically:
“Alright today we’re gonna teach everybody the Proper way to open a pomegranate. First you’re gonna make four cuts in a square on its ass, top and bottom, side to side, cut cut cut, and then take this piece of the skin off. Now you COULD not follow my instructions and cut it in half right down the middle; however, you’re gonna end up cutting into the fruit, sending juice flying all over the fuckin place and your girlfriend is gonna beat your *ss and leave you; SO, it’s better to follow my directions using the cut cut cut method. Then, in a star shape make more cuts and pull back the pieces, and presto there you have a beautiful pomegranate flower; tell me that isn’t the prettiest fucki-“
On this day, 20 January 1856, women’s rights activist Harriot Stanton Blatch was born in New York. Later travelling to England, she returned disapproving of the National American Woman Suffrage Association’s conservatism. She responded by forming the Equality League of Self Supporting Women, to reach out to the working class. 20,000 women workers in New York’s Lower East side: factory, laundry and garment workers joined and hold militant demonstrations.

On this day, 8 March 1917, thousands of housewives and women workers in St Petersburg, Russia defied union leaders’ appeals for calm and took to the streets against high prices and hunger, thus igniting the February Revolution. The following day, 200,000 workers joined them by striking, shouting slogans against the tsar and the war. Some military units began to join the workers, and by 15 March, tsar Nicholas II was forced to abdicate.
