Solarpunk Action Week: Bonus Edition

diysolarpunk:

Last but not least, while these were not specific goals for the past week, I am pleased to have learned how to do them:

Cooking in the past week being at home:

- baked two loaves of soda bread

- learned how to cook with dried pinto beans and made a delicious bean soup

- learned how to cook a pork shoulder and make shredded pork

- learned how to work with peppers and spices quite foreign to my bland, Seattle diet

Reconnected with many of my oversea’s penpals and checked in how they are doing with the coronavirus
