I got asked why as a Canadian I care about the USA’s issues & champion their causes. This created a lot of thoughts around why conversations on the internet tend to be USA-centric. So here’s my outside perspective, it might not be the kindest but you gotta start doing better by your people murrica…
A sad news for comic book world, Dennis O’Neil has passed away.
O’Neil may not have directly worked on any of the teen heroes this blog is usually about but he had a hand in creating some of their parents - he is creator of both Ras and Talia Al Ghul and Lady Shiva and he is also responsible for some of the biggest classics of the 70′s and 80′s, his work on the Question and Green Lantern/Green Arrow being among fan-favorites to this day. He was creator of John Stewart, put James Rhodes into Iron Man armor and is also credited as the man who named Optimus Prime.
