I’ll go: they hate non-white people so much that it clouds their ability to think rationally about tomorrow. They don’t care if their own grandchildren suffer in the waste lands as long as non-white people suffer more.

It’s all about punishing the people they don’t like. Women, minorities, immigrants, LGBTQ+, non-Christians and all of their allies. As long as the GOP keeps the cruelty and punishment flowing full steam ahead against those specific groups, they’ll keep voting for them. Even against their own best interests. It’s ALL about the cruelty and punishment for them.

AUTHOR EXTRAORDINAIRE

image

‘A writer needs three things, experience, observation, and imagination, any two of which, at times any one of which, can supply the lack of the others.’

image

'It begins with a character, usually, and once he stands up on his feet and begins to move, all I can do is trot along behind him with a paper and pencil trying to keep up long enough to put down what he says and does.’

image

'Get it down. Take chances. It may be bad, but that’s the only way you can do anything really good.’

image

'The only rule I have is to quit while it’s still hot. Never write yourself out. Always quit when it’s going good. Then it’s easier to take it up again. If you exhaust yourself, then you’ll get into a dead spell and you’ll have trouble with it.’

image

'With me, a story usually begins with a single idea or mental picture. The writing of the story is simply a matter of working up to that moment, to explain why it happened or what caused it to follow.’
