The Black Pyramid was built by King Amenemhat III (c. 1860-1814 BCE) during the Middle Kingdom of Egypt at Dahshur. Originally named Amenemhet is Mighty, the pyramid earned the name “Black Pyramid” for its dark, decaying appearance as a rubble mound. The Black Pyramid was the first to house both the deceased pharaoh and his queens. (The Bent Pyramid and The Red Pyramid can be seen in the distance).

I definitely want to learn more about the wild horses of Alaska and Hawaii. Supposedly the Kodiak Wild horses are very aggressive and have been seen attacking brown bears.
