Radio Blue Heart is on the air!
As the great words of freedom and fulfillment are pronounced by campaigning leaders and politicians, on the screens and radios and stages, they turn into meaningless sounds which obtain meaning only in the context of propaganda, business, discipline, and relaxation.

On this day, 30 March 2020, workers at the JFK8 Amazon distribution centre on Staten Island, NY, walked out on strike demanding better safety measures amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.
Organisers stated that 60 workers took part in the walkout, while Amazon claimed that only 15 participated. The workers were demanding the facility be shut down for cleaning, after other employees had tested positive for the disease.
Amazon then fired Chris Smalls, one of the organisers of the protest. The company claimed he was dismissed for breaching quarantine procedures, stating he did not self-quarantine for 14 days after coming into contact with an infected colleague. However Smalls pointed out that not only was this false as more than 14 days had passed, but, he told the Guardian’s Kenya Evelyn, no other employees who had worked with the infected person were quarantined.

Man this sucks. For those of you not in the know, Jared is a visual effect artist who’s designed creatures and characters for an incredible amount of big hollywood movies, including the original Mechagodzilla design featured in Ready Player One.

More and more big blockbuster films are reliant on the labor of people like Jared to produce these stunning and exciting scenes, but it’s easy to forget all of their hard work when they’re just a name in the credits, or worse yet; uncredited. Please keep them in mind when you watch Godzilla vs. Kong this week. We wouldn’t have a monsterverse without their labor, and studios think they can get away with devaluing their work.

The whole world can watch Georgia state Rep. Park Cannon being arrested on YouTube. As an elected official, the Black woman was trying to witness Gov. Brian Kemp sign a voter suppression bill on March 25.

The white supremacist drive to deny voting rights isn’t confined to Georgia or the South. As of Feb. 19, at least 253 bills have been introduced in 43 states to make it harder to vote.
