so the excuse for banning maus is that it’s “too upsetting” for kids in school…but playing audio of people crying for their loved ones during 9/11 in class, to the point where kids would leave to see a guidance counselor, is fine? almost like it’s not about upsetting kids, but promoting a certain narrative…
