Julie Adams, star of Creature from the Black Lagoon, has passed away at the age of 92. Few Universal monster movie heroines have resonated with horror fans the way that Julie Adams has. Her iconic look has been parodied and paid homage to almost as many times as the Creature himself. Ms. Adams was a favorite at conventions and one of the last living links to the glorious creature features of the past. Though we are saddened by her passing, we are grateful and blessed to have had her for 92 wonderful years. Thank you, Ms. Adams.
