Friday the 13th’s original motion picture soundtrack has been re-issued on vinyl for $30 via Waxwork Records. The score, composed by Harry Manfredini (who also scored most of the Friday the 13th sequels), was originally pressed in 2014 and quickly sold out.
The album is pressed on a new 180-gram “Campfire” colored vinyl variant. It’s housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Jay Shaw and liner notes by Manfredini and director Sean Cunningham. A 12x12 art print by Jacqui Oakley is included.
