“We have recently discontinued certain older versions of Creative Cloud applications and and a result, under the terms of our agreement, you are no longer licensed to use them,” Adobe said in the email. “Please be aware that should you continue to use the discontinued version(s), you may be at risk of potential claims of infringement by third parties.”
To be fair, it’s not Adobe that will sue you, it’s third parties who’s technology or components were used in the programs who’s licenses have expired, like Dolby. They presumably can sue you, but I would imagine only if you are using them in some sort of business sense. Like making profitable movies or logos for large companies and somehow they found out.
This blog is mostly so I can vent my feelings and share my interests. Other than that, I am nothing special.
If you don't like Left Wing political thought and philosophy, all things related to horror, the supernatural, the grotesque, guns or the strange, then get the fuck out. I just warned you.
