NATO firing range and training area vandalised in Bergen-Hohne, Germany

To show that even NATO is not invulnerable in its training areas, on Friday September 6th, 2019 we attacked a firing range at the NATO Training Area in Bergen-Hohne. We devastated the control building and made it temporarily unusable. In the beautiful Lüneburger Heide we embellished all kinds of military exercise and training material with slogans and political symbols.

NATO has stood for an aggressive imperialist war policy for 70 years now and nowhere can it imagine itself in a safe hinterland and a quiet home front. It is currently involved in various wars, one example of which is the war in Afghanistan. For the civilian populations of the respective countries this has devastating consequences, while the companies of the military industrial complex of the NATO states reap profits.

As long as war remains profitable and a means for economic or geopolitical interests, it will never end.

Against the militarization and war policy of the imperialist countries the only answer can be an anti-militarism that raises the systemic question and attacks capitalism. By attacking the warmongers who support and defend this system, we are throwing sand into the gears of the rulers. The struggle against this system paves the way for a society that can be built on solidarity.

The main enemy is in our own country!

War against War!

Egyptian civilization was created on the banks of the Nile. The Nile was used for transportation and for water and unification of Upper and Lower ancient Egypt.

The Nile reliably flooded, leaving fertile silt for the Egyptians to cultivate. This consistent lifestyle led to a much more optimistic view of life and of the gods. Egypt was rarely conquered due to natural barriers that kept it safe. However, ancient Egypt did go through phases of power.

WTF! instead of hospitals, The Mormon church owns prisons

beegerbucket-blog:

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints owns shares valued at $6,626,308 in the largest for-profit, privately held prison corporation in the world, CoreCivic Inc.

Spending tithing funds to incarcerate people instead of ministering to them.

Mormons should be ashamed of financially supporting the LDS church corporation.

i get where you’re coming from, but the parishioners are in many ways victims too- they’ve being scammed by an exploitative group which uses cult-like tactics to keep them from leaving.

i’m not going to say shame never has a role in combating the mormon church, but it’s important to come from a place that prioritizes compassion for the people trapped, deceived, or scammed by the church, since in many ways they’re the people being victimized most directly by it.
