This pectoral looks at first glance to be presenting the goddesses Wadjet and Nekhbet, the symbols of Upper and Lower Egypt, standing on either side of Osiris. However, the hieroglyphic inscriptions beside them state that they are in fact Isis (next to the vulture) and Nephthys (next to the cobra).
Isis wears the White Crown of Upper Egypt, here associated with two feathers, making it reminiscent of the atef-crown, while Nephthys wears the Red Crown of Lower Egypt. Between their wings can be seen the shen-symbol of infinity. A cavetto cornice is at the top of the pectoral, with a long row of uraei below. Made out of gold and inlaid with lapis lazuli, carnelian and colored glass.

For everyone complaining about how these two can get arrested and it won’t affect their careers, you’re right. It most likely won’t hurt their careers. That’s why they keep going out and doing it. They’re using their platform to their advantage. They’re both white, of an older generation, and famous enough to be recognized. They’re holding their generation accountable and making an effort to show up and enforce change. This isn’t them advertising a TV show or some bs, they’re there to help

Right Wing Extremists: We believe everyone who isn’t a cishet white christian should be literally put in camps and executed
Left Wing “Extremists”: We think that the country should do more to help the poor and the homeless and that more needs to be done to protect people from bigotry based on their skin colour, country of origin, religion, gender or sexuality because we actually have a brain in our heads and realise that bigotry is bad
