listen, i hate the feds as much as anybody, but that’s not what I’m seeing in this article.
according to the article, there seem to be two possibilities regarding Nazarro’s identity and purpose:
1. that he is a federal agent embedded in the white supremacist movement in order to “entrap” neo-nazis (this seems to be an opinion mostly propagated and shared by neo-nazis and white supremacists themselves, who suspect him of being an infiltrator)
2. he is actually a white supremacist who lives in russia and operates in the u.s. with the purpose of creating a white ethnostate in the Pacific Northwest.
i mean, the difference may be absolutely negligible in the long run, but i believe that it’s every community’s right and duty to be as well-informed about these terrorists as possible. the more important takeaway from this article is not “oh it’s the feds” but rather, here is an actual, physical, and for some of us, local threat to our communities – what can we do about it?
