Canada has written to the International Criminal Court (ICC) opposing investigations into alleged Israeli war crimes in Palestine, following pressure from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The letter outlining the Canadian position was sent to the court on February 14, but its contents were only made public today.
Ottawa told the ICC that it did not recognize Palestine as a state and therefore supports the Israeli position that the court has no jurisdiction on the case that has been presented. The Canadian government reminded the court that its “financial contribution to the ICC will be $10.6 million this year,” in what was seen as a bid to exert pressure to halt the investigations.
I was at the PHX Bernie rally tonight and saw the guy unravel the swastika flag behind Bernie that’s been making the news but there was another person/or group who tried to do it on the other side of him that nobody seemed to get video of.
Seemed coordinated - they were both positioned behind him on opposite sides but idk anyway fuck nazis.
For full clarification here’s what happened:
A bit into Bernie speaking a guy positioned behind Bernie’s right side all the way at the top of the stadium unraveled a flag with a swastika on it:
It got captured on camera which has what’s been circulating on the twitter but as soon as people noticed they fought with him and pulled it down from him. Like, they legit almost pulled him off the side he was fighting with them to hold onto it.
There was also some footage of him getting kicked out and yelling racial slurs at people, which made the news. But there was DEFINITELY a second person or group positioned behind Bernie’s left side all the way at the top of the stadium. It seems like whoever was near them noticed before it was even fully unraveled and they beat their asses out of there too.
Arizonans keep an eye out for this POS & stay safe!
Ben Dixon is 🔥🔥🔥. He’s the source for the Bloomberg audio that sunk that half a billion dollar campaign (he at least gets credit for the layup to Warren in that debate by getting the audio circulating a few days before).
People are quick to call Bernie bros mean but is fine with a Biden staffer saying “angry black women”
This is the rage of someone who chose to go to war. Imagine the rage of the victims of US imperialism.
This is why you never placate manipulators. The veteran is right in saying Biden has blood on his hands. Biden brings up that his son served in the army for a year to try use that fact to deflect. The veteran says he’s not going after his son, and suddenly the interaction has shifted to being about Biden’s son because Biden knows he can manipulate the situation to make himself look like the “winner”: the veteran made it clear that he doesn’t have a problem with his son so the more aggressive Biden gets implying that the veteran is going after his son by saying he “better not be” the more the veteran is going to reassure him that he’s not, which to onlookers would look like the veteran is backing down on the actual issue he brought up.
The veteran who was completely right backed down on something barely tangentially related to the issue he had actually brought up and that gave Biden all the optics he needed to be able to leave the situation looking like he “won”, leaving the veteran looking unreasonable shouting at Biden as he walks away because the issue the veteran had was never addressed
It disgusts me how Biden will use his son to deflect criticism from, of justify his shitty policies
Lads we are fucking around and getting all emotional about Langston Hughes today

Raise hell with radios!) Steel mills, coal mines, oil wells, gas, All the tools of production. (Great day in the morning!) Everything – And turn’em over to the people who work. @poblacht-na-n-oibrithe The Lenin poem makes me cry whenever I see it, due to it’s beauty and the subject of it being bold and admirable, and the fact that such a man walked the earth is amazing in itself.
