His “Punishment” for assaulting a co-worker who was trying to get him to stop assaulting someone else is to get to sit on his ass doing jack shit while still collecting his full paycheck…a paycheck that comes out of all of your tax dollars just as a reminder
That’s a bit like if McDonalds caught someone pissing in the drinks they were serving to customers and “punished” them by saying “Spend the next year just sitting in the most comfortable booth and eating free hamburgers on us while we pay you to do it.
And don’t worry, we’ll charge all our customers extra to pay for the free burgers we’re giving you to reward you for pissing in their lunches”
