there’s a website called opensecrets.org and it shows all kinds of ways (dark) money ends up in political campaigns, into politicians pockets etc.
but then i saw this
and at first i was sure there had been a mistake, but no Habibi, it’s all true & the US looking real oligarchic and plurocratic at the same time as it is certainly undemocratic.
the Netherlands are by no stretch innocent but I’m glad AF i moved out of the US when i did
