Unless the drone is flying high enough to be in federal airspace, which is 400 feet, that counts as trespassing. And in ohio you are allowed to use basic force to keep someone off your property (ex beer bottles.) These people have the right to throw their beer bottles at the police drones.

In a post-policing society I can imagine drones scoping out emergency scenes faster than emergency personnel can arrive.
We don’t live in a post-policing society. Nail the fuckers with bottles. Build or buy EMP guns and take them down. Build or buy net guns and perform tactical acquisitions. Fuck them airborne cameras.
