A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that those who engaged in an insurrection could be barred from running for office in the future. The decision comes from a challenge to Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), who lost his election just a week ago.

A judge had previously ruled in Cawthorn’s favor, citing an 1872 amnesty law passed by Congress. But the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned that ruling.

“To ask such a question is nearly to answer it,” the court filing said. “Consistent with the statutory text and context, we hold that the 1872 Amnesty Act removed the Fourteenth Amendment’s eligibility bar only for those whose constitutionally wrongful acts occurred before its enactment. Accordingly, we reverse the district court’s grant of injunctive relief and remand for further proceedings.”

Some GREAT news for a change.  Now let’s make sure the same thing happens to Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Bobert, Paul Gosar, Mo Brooks, Josh Hawley & definitely Dipshit Donnie Trump.

A blue-ribbon commission has recommended new names for nine Army bases named after Confederate leaders, including Fort Bragg, which will be recommended to be renamed Fort Liberty, the panel disclosed Tuesday.

The panel has recommended that another eight Army bases be renamed for a diverse group of individuals with ties to the Army.

ABC News was first to report the full list of recommended names by the Congressional Naming Commission created by Congress to suggest name changes by 2023 for U.S. military installations named after Confederate generals and leaders.

Congress and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin must approve the nine naming recommendations, although it remained unclear if Congress would be able to weigh in with names changes of its own before the list is submitted to Austin for final approval.

So disabled people can be forcibly sterilized.

Immigrants can be forcibly sterilized

Prisoners can be forcibly sterilized (remember inmates are disproportionately BIPOC)

Trans people can be forced to get sterilized

And now they’re trying to ban abortions.

Don’t get it twisted. This pro-choice argument is literally eugenics. They’re just trying to force the “acceptable” populations to breed (abled cishet white women) while they weed out the “undesirables” from the gene pool.

This couldn’t be a more blatant attempt at eugenics.
