This bill would lower the limit from a unanimous jury to just 8 jurors and allow the use of the death penalty in the case of child sexual assault. Please remember that this is one of 12 states that is attempting to include gender-affirming care as child sexual assault (TX HB42 being the most well-known currently in committee). This could potentially provide a model pathway to the legal use of the death penalty against doctors, parents, and transgender people.

The basis of banning gender-affirming care under the “damage of sexual organs” by these bills allows for the definition of sexual assault to include our medical care, regardless of what the treatment is in reality.

The fact people still think it’s too far to call this a genocide. What else do you call mass killing people for existing as they are
