Wholeheartedly, I agree with everything on this list. But I would add the following to this list. Abolish the prison-for-profit system that has become today’s replacement for slavery and drives the predatory attitudes of police policies and local laws. Defund and reform the police, replacing at least 60% of them with social workers and mental health counselors.
As wonderful and important as this list is, who else recognizes something missing and would like to add to it?
When one political party is actively trying to sabotage the other party, and democracy itself, it ceases to be a political party, but a traitorous, insurgent organization at enmity with our nation and our people.
I know it’s wrong, but I can’t help but think how much better America would be if Joe Manchin drove drunk and accidentally killed Mitch McConnell. These two men have done so much harm to America, Stephen King’s novels pale to the level of tragic horror.
