It’s funny how Democrats will band against leftist candidates but actively support candidates that are anti-abortion and anti-immigration.
Looks like Democratic leadership doesn’t want you to “vote blue no matter who.”

Here are some articles about the race but in a nutshell India Walton, a DSA candidate, won the primary against the incumbent centrist democrat Byron Brown in Buffalo. Brown decided to run on a write-in campaign and was polling high by appealing to democrats and police unions. When the Democratic Party Chair was asked why he wouldn’t endorse Walton, who had won the primary, she is who the democrats of Buffalo chose, he was like “well what if David Duke won the primary? I wouldn’t endorse him?” which is a fuckin inane thing to bring up especially a white man to compare a black woman to the kkk??? anyways India Walton ended up losing to a fuckin write in campaign led by republicans bc centrist democrats in ny have no backbone or principles
