Here in Germany, the anti-omicron vaccine is just rolling out, but only people over the age of 60 are supposed to get it. Looking at the speed at which things are moving over here, I guess we’re lucky if it becomes available for people under 60 without any preexisting conditions before the end of the year.

meanwhile cuba just voted yesterday to fully legalize gay marriage, gay adoption and a ton of other progressive family-based laws that are a huge step forward for both women and queer people
let’s not also forget that cuba’s amazing healthcare system allows for trans people to actually receive the medical care they need (including reassignment surgery should they want it) unlike amerikkka
as an aside fascist miami cubans literally held a rally yesterday to protest the referendum vote for the updated families code lol
