In the late 60’s, thanks to a softening of the Comics Code, horror/monster comics began a resurgence that quickly became a second golden age. At a time when very little horror was available on any media platform, these comics picked up the slack and ran with it. Fortunately for me, my childhood coincided with this brave new world.
