My friend got married last week so now I can finally post the wedding present I made them!
It’s little keychain versions of them with magnets in the hands so whenever they’re close to each other they hold hands! <3
If you’re interested in commissioning something similar my custom order button is always on my Etsy page! (link in my bio)
I was extremely excited when artist John Keogh agreed to do the cover art for WEREWOLVES VERSUS: Volume 1. I’ve long been a fan of his stuff in general, especially his comics, and the wrestler werewolf he drew for this Mountain Goats tour poster. His lines are dark and intricate and frequently employed to create a vibe that’s both human and deeply ominous – a very werewolfy vibe indeed!
I’ll go into the story behind the cover art (and share some behind-the-scenes images of its development) in a future update. Today, to celebrate #WerewolfWednesday and the first week of this campaign, I just want to share a close-up look at one of the cover’s two werewolf characters.
This astronaut obviously didn’t follow proper quarantine protocols (or perhaps being too close to the moon flipped the “lycanthropy” bit in his genome). Either way, I’ll bet he’s glad he got that helmet off before his muzzle grew in!
To get a copy of the book on which this werewolf lurks, check out the Kickstarter for WEREWOLVES VERSUS: Volume 1! There’s even a tier where you can get a print of the cover as a reward!
