On this day, 3 August 1939, Walter Altmann and Gunther Mann, two Jewish refugees from Nazi Germany were deported from the United Kingdom. They had left Belgium in a 10-foot (3-metre) dinghy, which they intended to row to England, but bad weather caused them to capsize and almost drown in the Channel before they were saved by a lifeboat. Both said they would have preferred to be drowned at sea than return to Germany. Fascist mobs attack and harass in London and Manchester
About a week ago a mob of fascists, some masked up, attacked a socialist table in Manchester. A “Free Tommy” demonstration was moving through the town center when Tommy Robinson supporters saw and swarmed a trade union table with 3 socialists holding their leaflets.
Within half a minute over 50 had gone from the march up to the stand and were all shouting “Tommy, tommy, tommy Robinson” and screaming communist at the two men and one women at the stall. Quite quickly they found themselves surrounded as shouting men came up the sides and back of the table. Here you can see James Goddard in the blue smiling as he bullies innocent people exercising their free speech with a masked thug behind him.
They began to collect up all the leaflets, newspapers, booklets, and various bits on the table and throw them to the ground or break them, by this point the socialists are trying to grab what they can including their flag and pack up to leave quickly. As more of their items got spread across the floor the Tommy crowd shouted “Our streets!” and for them to get off “their” streets.
After they cleared the table the thugs turned to the socialists sound system and attempted to drag it off. A tugging match briefly broke out as the socialists tried to stop their speaker being stolen, quite quickly the Tommy supporters piled on to try and pull the 3 away while shouting “Smash it! Smash it!”
In the end the speaker didn’t move as the thugs began to sober up to the knowledge that they were surrounded by cameras and this was starting to look bad. By this point they had run out of literature to destroy, tables to flip, and ways to harass them without direct assault, as the police moved in they quickly left to continue their march through town.
So the next time the far right call us fascists, show them THIS video of actual fascists attacking innocent bystanders, destroying literature they disagree with, and destroying property. Tommy Robinson’s supporters always claim to be a non-violent group but every single time they come together they commit violence. Even when antifa aren’t out opposing them they’ll find someone to attack.
On Saturday in London the DFLA and Tommy supporters threw missiles at cops as well as kicking a cop medic in the head. They attempted to charge the back of the antifa demo as well as ambush them from the bushes, failing both times and losing a flag. Once the two protests were separated the DFLA members harassed two non-white folk in a car and stormed a tourist bus while harassing members of the public. Outside Downing Street two were arrested for attacking a Sudan solidarity demo while screaming about Allah and pedophilia. So far the total arrest count is 7 on the far right side and 0 on the anti-fascist side. Last night one Tommy supporter turned himself in for kicking the cop in the head.

Some of the flags captured by anti-fascists and swiftly burnt from the DFLAs failed bush expedition.
At one point they even held up the flag of Generation Identity, an neo-Nazi group that marched in Charlottesville, got funding from the Christchurch shooter, and tried to drown refugees in the Mediterranean. They use a rehashed version of white genocide they call “The Great Replacement”, they also do food drives for publicity but explicitly only give out non-halal food to white non-Muslim people.
And thats it for this week. Fascists across the UK exposed themselves as the violent thugs that they are as they harassed anyone in sight indoctrinated to love their leader blindly. Anti-fascist resistance was strong in London but thats a whole different post, so keep your eye out for a report on that.
